About

I use an evidenced-based therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). In CBT, each strategy has been tested through research. I especially like CBT because my approach is very goal-oriented, with a focus on making each session productive for you. Through our client-therapist collaboration, we find out what will work best for you to improve your quality of life. I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and my diplomate certificate in CBT from the Academy of Cognitive & Behavioral Therapies. I am licensed in New Jersey and New York. My fee is $250 per session. I do not accept insurance, but you may be able to get reimbursement through your health insurance company. I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. I know that finding the right therapist is important.
